Aveleda Parcela do Convento

Aveleda Parcela do Convento comes from a Loureiro plot located on a granite slope, allowing for excellent soil drainage and perfect sun exposure for the concentration of aromas. The grapes are harvested by hand with bunch selection. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures in stainless steel vats, followed by prolonged aging on fine lees with bâttonage. Aging in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Color: Lemon-yellow. ​| Aroma: Expressive notes of white fruit and some minerality. ​ | Taste: Excellent balance between fruit, minerality and acidity, with a very fresh profile and a texture that lingers after the finish. It also reveals fruity notes of ripe passion fruit, grapefruit and lime zest.

• Steamed clams or mussels with garlic and herbs

• Lemon garlic swordfish
